1887
- Graduated from the University of Toronto School of
Practical Science in 1908
- Obtained DLS Commission in 1910
- Partner in "Smith and Phillips" based in
Regina between 1912 & 1923 (possibly before and
after those dates as well)
- First Secretary Treasurer after incorporation for
which he was thanked in a letter dated March 18,
1926
- President of SLSA in 1939
- Dues paid in 1945 by Sask Department of
Highways
- Missed the SLSA annual meeting in 1945 - the first
since the association was formed in 1910
- Went on SLSA retired list in 1946
