Thanks to Mark MacDonald for the cover photo, and to Wayne Stockton for providing the closure sheet which is another reminder of how much technology has changed the way we do things. As requested by Pat Maloney, please provide any comments or concerns that you may have to the Bylaw Committee.

Barry Clark has provided some very interesting links dealing with ground movement and property boundaries. With the ground movement in Regina Beach and other areas throughout the province there are undoubtedly survey monuments and boundaries that have shifted and will need to be dealt with at some point. To my knowledge we do not have any legislation or accepted practice for dealing with these situations.

Submissions to the news letter, by any member, are welcome; please send them in. We still need photos for the cover page so if you have any, send them to Carla or me along with a brief note about them.

I look forward to seeing everyone at the AGM in Saskatoon on June 8, 9 and 10.
