In March 2025, Council along with selected members of the Association and the Executive Director completed a Strategic Planning Session. Out of this session came a variety of initiatives, to guide the Association and both current and future council members.

Several documents were created out of the discussion, with many evolving into action items for Council, committees, administration and the membership.
